It has come time for change. Change may be scary and intimidating, but in the end, it's a great new opportunity.As my current employer, KDC Lynchburg, winds down operations at the Lynchburg, VA site, it is time to look for new opportunities.As a graduate of Ferrum College, in Ferrum VA, I began my journey in the management field as an Assistant Manager for Sheetz, Inc. Through hard work and dedication, I was quickly promoted to Store Manager. As a Store Manager I was responsible for the overall performance of the store and all related areas from administrative tasks to the implementation and execution of corporate initiatives and directives. I left Sheetz, Inc. in 2004. In 2005, I was presented an opportunity with Pepsi Corporation as a Bulk Sales Representative. As a representative for Pepsi Co., I was responsible for the ordering, merchandising, sales, and building of relationships with the Managers of the stores I was assigned. In 2006, I began working for Tri-tech Laboratories, Inc. (now known as KDC Lynchburg), where I currently hold the position of Materials Control, Staging Warehouse, Raw Materials Warehouse, and Pre-Weigh Manager. I strive to promote and participate in a team environment, however, do very well independently. My solid experience in the areas of Sales and distribution, Customer Service, Safety, Quality, Production, Warehousing, Administration, Management systems, and technical skills, enables anyone to add an asset that can begin being productive at once. Throughout my career I have demonstrated a tremendous ability to lead, support, and maintain numerous business objectives. I am seeking new professional and/or related challenges and I am confident that my application of these skills and many other qualifications would be an asset to any company. I believe that my expertise would be a good match for an organization that could utilize my skills.
