In my Managed services role, i was responsible for taking customer calls and helping with a variety of issues. i was in charge of monitoring server critical issues with our RMM and would create tickets and call customers on these issues. Management of our client’s office 365 accounts. i was in the 24/7 call queue and was able to help customers with critical issues at any time of day. i was also in charge of imaging and initial set up of all workstations, servers, Watchguard edge routers, Ubiquiti APs, Ubiquiti PoE switches and Cloud keys. Server initial set up included setting up VMs using Hyper-V, File servers, Domain Controllers, setting up new domains and working with Active Directory, and setup of RDSI installed, maintained and supported Windows 2008/2012/2016 servers and Windows 7/8/8.1/10 workstations networked using Watchguard and Sonicwall edge routers. I provided excellent communication via email and phone to ensure our clients the very best customer service
