John Brito is a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Investor whose work ethic, integrity, and dedication have all earned him a reputation as an industry leader. Over the course of almost three decades, he has cultivated extensive hands-on experience. Throughout the span of his career, he has become adept at value ad commercial real estate, optimizing under-performing assets, and real estate construction management. His ventures range from successfully managing a staggering 52 units of multi-family properties for 15 years and counting, to strategically upgrading an under-performing large-scale equestrian center by leasing it to an esteemed operation with renowned athletes. It all started while John was attending college at 19 years of age. Thanks to his already avid interest in realty and his father who inspired him to follow his passion, he made the decision to create a lucrative career out of buying and selling real estate. He has been building a growing portfolio of properties ever since. When he isn’t immersed in all things real estate, you can find John Brito working out at the crack of dawn, practicing martial arts, or playing various sports. He is also an avid traveler and culinarily inclined. Above all else, he loves spending quality time with his family and friends who are like family.
