• Monitors via terminals and alarms, the operation of the designated area and coordinates process activities according to instructions received and production requirements. Includes continuous monitoring of instruments and equipment, making field adjustments according to process parameters as required.• Maintains continuous radio contact with Rover and Senior Operators to keep them informed of operating conditions to request manual adjustments of equipment, to carry out on-site readings and convey instructions given by Shift Supervisor.• Maintains continuous liaison with other Panel Operators to coordinate the required supplies according to production conditions.• Alters operating conditions or product flows to allow prior isolation of equipment for maintenance and re-commences operations according to procedures, following completion of maintenance. Includes informing each other of changes and synchronizing activities to minimize loss of production.• Carried out the Gas Turbine compressor washing for improving the performance of the system -OFF line compressor washing and ON line washing.

Iran

• Successfully Precommisioning & commissioning of Sour Gas Plant of Phase 6.7&8 which have the capacity of Processing 650MMSCFD• Commissioning the Process Units of AGR, Driers, NGL Recovery, LPG Treating units.• Supervising various discipline technicians in completing the commissioning activities which promoting safe working practice in line with the safety management system at SPGC.• Coordinates mechanical completion certification for issuance of PSSR & RFSU (Ready for start-up).• Liaise with construction group (PMC) on work progress, completion and report to Commissioning Manager• Act as Incident Controller during emergencies in allocated area, with responsibility for deciding on first-line intervention action in advance of dedicated emergency service personnel.• Review and validate commissioning and Start Up procedure of refinery process units and Amine regeneration unit• Oversees the work in progress, Ensures that contractor personnel are thoroughly briefed regarding all safety rules and regulations pertaining to their work, carry out tool box talk for Company & contractor technicians inclusive of attending the safety orientation briefing.• Ensures the smooth start-up of project construction/Precommissioning/ commissioning & start up work by coordinating with EPC Contractor and PMC/Operation team, which the job includes start up and commissioning of static & rotating equipments like vessels, columns, Reactors, pumps & compressors, steam and gas turbines etc• In-charge of commissioning and Start up of Dehydration unit with extra responsibilities of PTW Coordination. Participate in PSSR (pre start-up safety review) and ORR (operations readiness review).

• Operate equipment and system such as Multi Phase Flow Meters for flow testing , gas and liquid traps, Hydraulic and pneumatic safety cabinets, Safely open / close wellhead valves , chokes, divert wells for testing , operate interlock provided pig receivers and launchers.• Give guidance to assistant Operators in the operation of equipment and units in accordance with established instructions.• Report serious unplanned operational deviations to supervisor and take corrective action within the limits of authority and competence.• Ensure that process units and equipment on the island are checked regularly and record and/or check as necessary that data is accurately and regularly recorded, including any down hole safety equipment.

Mumbai Area, India
