With over 20 year’s senior-level experience in Global Health programs, Mr. Bronson is currently serving as the Senior Director for Technical Strategy and Operations. This role provides leadership, strategic direction, and technical guidance throughout the institution, The position ensures that administrative structure, processes and procedures align with operational goals of the division to promote efficient support to effective program implementation. Supervises the technical support and administrative teams within the Global Health division. He also provides expert advice regarding emerging Global Health innovations.

The Senior Director, Economic Strengthening is responsible for the portfolio of programs involving economic strengthening interventions. The role of the Sr. Director is to provide leadership, guidance and technical services in managing and supporting HOPE's programs in order to ensure their overall quality, impact, sustainability, and adherence to mission.

The Regional Director is Project HOPE’s most senior manager for all program activities, staff and relationships in the Americas region including the United States. Provides senior leadership, strategic direction, and manages programs and program offices currently operating in the region. Implements established policies and procedures, oversee the use of resources, and supervise the senior country personnel. Coordinates new program and partnership development activities with the assistance of relevant Project HOPE technical personnel and program managers, and participates fully in proposal writing and other fundraising activities. Also provided senior technical assistance to economic strengthening programs worldwide.

Responsible for the direction, development, and management of Project HOPE's portfolio of Village Health Bank (VHB) programs (an integrated micro-credit & health education methodology) worldwide. Under his direction for the past 8 years, HOPE's portfolio of VHB programs has grown from 2 countries in one geographical region to 8 programs spanning 3 regions (Ecuador, Honduras, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Peru, Malawi, Thailand, and the newest VHB program in Mozambique). Specific skills utilized include leadership, good communication, personnel management, planning, data analysis, budgeting, financial projections, proposal writing, and management of work flow. Work closely with other technical and administrative personnel at headquarters and program field staff.
