During this role as an IT Manager, I exhibit strategic leadership over increasing productivity by merging internal teams of CAD designers and stress engineers and migrating to Microsoft 365 cloud suite. I assist more than 100 users in resolving queries, while formulating and presenting board reports to CIO for decision-making process. I co-ordinate effectively with external suppliers to manage all IT supply and support matters. I evaluate trials data and provide trials data reports suite by developing analysis techniques, software systems, and processes.• Analysed harmonic vibration data on land-based vehicles and jet/prop vibration to predict the steady state dynamic response of a structure subjected to sinusoidally varying loads.• Developed software tools for the analysis of shock data as well as real time display of trials video in VLC + Vehicle data in XPlane + analysed data.• Designed new software to support new in house developed Air Carriage Data Logger's.
