Do all types of welding, MIG , TIG, stick, and sanitary. I am able to get into panel boxes, troubleshoot electrical systems, change out motors, all conveyor work. I have worked on pneumatic systems, PLC control systems , machine repair, major and minor, as well as preventative maintenance on all our systems. Oversee preparation and maintenance for food safety inspections. Experience running pipe, silo work, building repairs such as, garage doors, wall fans, installation of new equipment, fabricating, installing, and troubleshooting. I enjoy and am willing to work any shift, nights, weekends and holidays whenever required. Currently sit on the Risk Assessment team. Which evaluates all areas that poses a risk of safety issue with in the company. We meet and discuss machinery that poses a risk in order to head off any chances of injury. Spearheading projects from beginning to end .Daily reports to department head. Maintenance programs - MP5, EAM, and computer programs familiar with is Microsoft Excel.

Oversee crew, responsible to maintain the operation of machinery, train and oversee testing for those I oversee, report to department heads and company managers. Responsible for ensuring equipment is maintained for all food safety inspections, day to day operations. Ordering of parts, working with vendors, spearheading projects from start to finish, send daily reports to those in positions above me. Help insure communications between shifts and other supervisors. It important to me to be a team player and oversee the integrity of the product and the company.

Repaired Atlantis pacific apple pealers, tore down peelers and rebuilt, worked on juice floor repair fillers, cappers and labeler. Worked on sauce line sealers, finishers, packers, palletizers, stackers. Helped install new equipment, worked on waste pumps, all conveyor systems, heat exchangers.
