Growing up on a farm with a wrench in hand cultivated a passion for anything mechanical at a young age. After graduating high school, I spent my early 20s in the Canadian oil and gas industry, which grew my passion for mechanical systems. Working in this industry allowed me to develop advanced problem-solving and mentoring skills in a high-pressure environment. I have applied what I learned in this industry to the commercial/industrial HVAC industry. Currently, I oversee key accounts and develop new partnerships within the mechanical industry. I enjoy developing our team and pursuing opportunities to help us grow as leaders in the HVAC industry.
