Developed the the Data Compliance plan, including a range of actions to remove or mitigate compliance risks. Delivered ad-hoc analysis from core system data to support CRM and other business activities, looking at topics like repeat guests, cancellations during early Covid pandemic, and analysing and developing key metrics for a BI Dashboard.

Software used and managed included QlikView, Microsoft stack - SQL Server, SSIS for ETL, SSRS; also Business Objects, Excel, Access and VBA. Owner of B2C data in SAP BW + BO DWH and driver of governance and data quality through technology and process improvement. Teams responsible for also included small App Dev function (c# .net) and Role Authority, managing access to SAP systems for c.6000 users. A key stakeholder for Customers Data Programme, influencing creation of data office, data quality and governance processes, data modelling and mapping, information management, and technical requirements for a cloud based solution (AWS).

My role in this department evolved during my time there. Initially my responsibilities were creation and production of balanced scorecards and regulatory KPI’s. I was asked to undertake a Business Analysis role during and after the Networks SAP migration. Eventually my role became a lot more technical and as well as using SQL Server and Reporting Services for report development and provision, I project managed and helped develop in .net an internal Customer Correspondence Solution for managing contacts and complaints.
