This developing organization will develop new leadership theories that are for the advancement of individuals involved in criminal justice, and business management. The organization is developing leadership academics in roles in women leadership, criminal justice leadership, and business leadership. Functions of this position are to bring in those that can develop proper research in leadership and those that can advance knowledge in the field.

Developing and operating New Life Transitions in the capacity in administration of the daily operations. This is a non-profit organization that deals with past incarcerated individuals giving these individuals an opportunity to gain life skills that they can use in communities. This organization is developing structures in leadership that wil transfer to employees and those that are placed within the organization.

Have been instrumental in developing human resource areas within CJC by hiring and retaining the highest quality consultants in the industry. I have been tasked with imparting information on labor and employment law, and developing comunication and training.
