I am a senior in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee working towards a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. As well as pursuing a Masters Degree in Accounting. My strengths have shown up prominently in various aspects of my life. In project groups, I've consistently worked with diverse personalities, finding the most effective ways to communicate and collaborate. My deliberate approach ensures that decisions are well-considered, while my adaptability allows me to navigate different communication styles and work dynamics smoothly. Additionally, playing sports has further honed these skills, as I've learned to effectively interact with teammates of varying personalities. This has bolstered my confidence in making decisions, whether for my benefit or for the betterment of the team.I've always been interested in accounting and plan to go into public accounting after college. I've always been a number-oriented person, driven by the challenge of tracking how well an operation is performing through numerical analysis and finding ways to make it more efficient. From there, I hope to explore other fields such as personal finance, business valuation, or consulting. I like that accounting provides the flexibility to pursue a variety of paths, so I'm not limited to one specific field. This versatility aligns with my interests and allows me to continually grow and adapt in my career.
