As Director of Technology, I was fully responsible for all digital marketing, technical strategy, and software development projects for the company’s largest client, Mazda North American Operations. I have also been a key contributor in the expansion of Mirum and Team Mazda’s footprint within Mazda to incorporate Mazda IT and Mazda Global Systems (not related to marketing) which drastically improved revenue pipeline and solidified trust in the agency within Mazda North America and Mazda corporate group in Japan.Through my effective leadership, I was able to increase employee and client satisfaction which eventually led to Mazda awarding Mirum a multimillion-dollar intranet redesign project. With this, I have effectively increased Mazda IT’s confidence in Mirum’s capabilities which led to Mazda North America’s Intranet redesign project which replaced and consolidated all existing intranets and extranets. With this, we have built the intranet redesign through the use of Episerver DXC, .NET, Azure, Cloudflare, React, Tealium, and Adobe Analytics. Moreover, I was able to promote an improved awareness of digital marketing initiatives across Mazda departments and marketing agencies by successfully breaking down communication silos.As cherry on top, I was instrumental in development of a platform which was adopted by Mazda corporate as the global digital marketing platform. As Director of Software Engineering, I have competently managed the software engineering department where I have spearheaded a team that developed and maintained a live event ticket sale and fundraising enterprise platform through the use of open source technologies.
