I have been a continuous member of the recovery community since 2003. I have owned my own business in different fields since 2006. I have had successes and failures, both of which have taught me a great deal. As an accountability partner in your profession, I want to learn the who, what, when, where and why of your business. We can develop an action plan designed to achieve your biggest dreams. Daily, weekly or monthly check-ins are key to making everything you desire happen. Allowing me to offer what to do and not to do can save a great deal of time and money.As your recovery coach/companion, it is my job to work with you and explore the who, what, when, where and why of your life. This is a simple process, but not always easy. That is why we do not do it alone. You never have to be alone again. My greatest moments have been working with people as they take their first steps towards discovering a new way of living. This work is an amazing process that can make you feel better than any substance ever did. I promise.In my spare time, I enjoy walking my dog, Nell, around our neighborhood, practicing yoga and hanging out with friends. I have a life beyond my wildest dreams. Sharing it with others is how I hold onto it.
