More than 25 years leading the development and delivery of impactful employment and skills interventions to benefit the most disadvantaged in society has allowed me to become a creative, versatile, and self-reliant leader. My career started in the private sector but from 2003 I led employment and skills initiatives for three of London’s largest Housing Associations. In 2017 I designed and launched the L&Q Academy to provide opportunities for apprenticeships, graduates, and staff development. Since 2020 I have led employment and skills strategies for the London Borough of Barnet and more recently have taken the lead for the wider economy and skills agenda.
Listed skills include Management, Change Management, Funded Contract Negotiations And Project Management, Training, and 35 others.
