Leading on the delivery and development of East Thames’ award-winning and highly successful employment programmes. Ensuring that programmes delivered contracted outcomes and helped local people to develop their skills and employability and move into sustainable employment. Fulfilled three different management roles whilst with Reed Learning; all providing education, training and qualifications to disadvantaged people, including unemployed adults and prison inmates who benefited from contracts secured by Reed Learning and Reed in Partnership.
