Recognized leadership abilities and technical excellence in nuclear startup, reliability, availability, and maintenance. He excelled in managing operations and startup of nuclear power plants, a commercial waste treatment facility for nuclear and mixed waste. Successfully completed both domestic and international projects, including the first waste processing system delivered to an eastern European country, where his interpersonal, management and technical skills played an essential part in the success of this project. A leader in the areas of start up, maintenance methods, and programs to improve availability of components and systems which resulted in improved availability and savings of millions of dollars.
