• Experience with Designing and tests electronic circuits, including RF, digital, analog, DC power, and magnetic sensors.• Experience with transmitters and/or Receivers and general RF concepts• Experience with schematic capture tools and read schematic and identify standard electrical components• Performs RF signal strength test and quality tests and RF Engineer Validation Test (EVT)• Document measurements, results, modifications and troubleshooting data acquisition systems• Review and update electrical documentation (schematics, assembly drawings, BOM, PCB layouts, etc.) using ARENA and SAP software• Test and troubleshoot RF circuits such as Wi-Fi Radios for various electrical equipment• Perform failure analysis of electronic circuits. Issue report on findings as well as recommendations on opportunities for continuous improvement• Support other departments like Manufacturing, Hardware Quality Assurance and Regulatory• Collaborate with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical assistance• Experience with Excel, Word, Microsoft Team and PowerPoint.• Utilization of lab equipment such as power supply, environmental chambers, and RF/analog test equipment.• Have strong interest in Design and test RF, digital, analog, power supply, and embedded system hardware development for communication products.• Experience with components procurement and PCB assemblies.

Develop FAQ’s and other repair procedures to share the troubleshooting and testing approaches.Assist with the development of training manual/materials for all repair techs.Work in conjunction with Service, Mfg and Engineering to ensure repair tech training fully encompasses all areas of product functionality, troubleshooting, diagnose and repair a unitSet-up and apply testing procedures. Ensure testing reflects all aspects (how customer use product, troubleshooting, functionality, etc.) to ensure high level of customer satisfaction upon unit return.Completed assigned and prioritize worked based on schedules and dispatch repair work to the repair center.Work with Service/Product Management/Manufacturing in supporting new product and products going into long term support.
