My main interest is in Workforce Development. What are the needs of a specific community, state or region? Where are the skilled workers to fill immediately available jobs? Where will they come from in the next 1-5 years? I constantly evaluate new curriculum resources and technologies that enable K-12 districts, 2-year technical schools, colleges and universities to better meet the workforce needs of our society.My clients are family to me. They know they can call me when they need someone to work the impossible. I live to solve their problems creatively. I want to be the first person they reach out to, but it doesn't start that way.Like any other skill job, a salesperson has a set of tools. The most important tool is the question. Questions, when answered honestly, help build a profile that I use to analyze whether you need to work with me or not. Over time, this straight forward approach creates a trusting relationship between my clients and I that most prefer.
