Core responsibilities include organising, coordinating and leading the activities of Project Management and other operational delivery staff engaged in the delivery of services to customers. The ROM is therefore responsible for all operational aspects of service delivery within their region, ensuring that services are delivered and supported cost effectively, to appropriate quality standards and within agreed deadlines. They will also ensure consistency of practice and process across ISG Technology as a whole through effective and regular communication and contact with other colleagues. The ROM will also have a thorough understanding of our contractual conditions on individual projects and ensure that these obligations and exposures are effectively managed.
