Steering this established Science Centre towards a vibrant future where it can bring the magic 'pixie dust' of its STEM engagement activities to the young people that need it most. Working with a talented team and supportive Board I have taken the challenge of building upon its heritage and innovating its delivery methods to ensure that no child is left behind in the STEM revolution currently underway. Creating and delivering a strategy and implementation plan for public engagement and professional training programmes at UCLQ.- Creating a strategy for professional training of local museum and heritage professionals. Liaising with Qatari and regional stakeholders to meet needs- Delivering ongoing professional development training programmes- Delivering outreach activity that builds the reputation of UCL Qatar whilst encouraging locals to engage with heritage

Responsible for programming the content and events for an 11 day high profile event. Working for KCA London, I supported the development of learning activity at Mishkat Science Centre. This involved development and authoring of strategy documents, and direct training of Mishkat staff in the UK and Saudi Arabia.This included:- Learning Strategy- Child Protection- Evaluation strategy- Training in learning programmes- Training on audience engagament

Sitting on the Executive Board of the Museum, I am part of a small team setting the forward direction and operational management of the museum, with particular responsibility for learning and exhibition scheduling.

Board member for this dynamic community organisation which is dedicated to documenting and sharing the often hidden histories of East Londoners. I have chaired the organisations work on their HLF funded Skills for the Future project.

Production of content strategy and exhibit development for the popular Launch Pad hands-on gallery.

Managed a (£100,000) programme of learning programmes for family groups through a period of extensive budget cuts, reaching a stretching target of 140,000 visitors.
