John Burton held a lead integration role at CGI where he oversaw the Implementation of Momentum, the new system of accounting for the Judiciary, across several U.S. District Courts:• Responsible for constant client interaction that ensured a smooth transition to the new system of accounting• Conducted week-long on-site presentations and training for the modules within Momentum, internal controls, security, and several interfaces configured to work with the system of accounting• Provided on-site support to U.S. District Courts during their first week live on the new software• Worked with financial administrators on reconciliation, configuration, and conversion to ensure that the product readiness• Owned several operation and maintenance tasks that included analysis, testing, and weekly deliverables

John Burton started on the Judiciary Integrated Financial Management System (JIFMS) Implementation to help support multiple U.S. District Courts upon their transition to a new system of accounting:• Provided client support during on-site visits for simulation and go-live weeks.• Direct point of contact for new JIFMS users for a full two months upon clients going live on the new software• Assisted users with day to day inquiries pertaining to the software, business processes, accounting policies, and best practices
