I directly managed all aspects of the design, installation, purchase and financial budget, which exceeded £5m.• I managed the transfer of the operations from Artenius to Britvic and CCE respectively following the expiration of our contract. These projects incorporated the following: TUPE, due diligence exercises, legal, commercial and operational workflows.• Conducted a review of Artenius and CCE bottle operations to determine best value & efficiency as part of the 2009 TUPE transfer, visiting four CCE operations.
