Senior office supply technician specializing in Kyocera products at Southern Duplicating’s Headquarters, located in Clarksdale, Mississippi. We specialize in the sales and service of multifunctional printers, scanners, faxes and networking. I am a Service Solution Specialist, SSS Certified through Kyocera Document Solutions of America. I am well versed in Networking, Information Technology, plus trained on a multitude of models and applications. I also overseeing and train all of our newest service technicians. Currently I monitor and manage a KFS server of over 600 machines that is rapidly growing, however, I assist in the management of an even larger one as well. This server keeps us updated on the status of the machines. It allows us to perform remote maintenance meaning we can take care of our customers even offsite.
