Currentwww.bye-beastcoaching.comOver the past 20 years I have competed in over 125 races at all distances. Thanks to a lot of training, great coaching, and guidance from friends, I managed to move from finishing way in the back of the pack to become a competitive triathlete that finishes in the front. Over the past decade alone, I qualified and competed as a member of Team USA in 2016 (Cozumel) and 2019 (Switzerland), and 2021 (Edmonton), six IronMan 70.3 World Championships, and notably, the IronMan World Championships in Kona in 2019. At 200+ pounds, I am a relative giant in the sport, and find the challenges of simply being big, requiring a different approach to training and racing. All that I have learned during that time is what I hope to convey to my athletes to help them get everything they want to get out of the wonderful sport of triathlon!
