I am at my best as part of or leading a team to manage a company, run a major project or implement a major organizational change. I am a strategic thinker, able to help an organization clarify a vision of where it needs to be in the future and then develop and act on the steps it needs to accomplish to get there. In my career, I have achieved a lot, but I have also made a lot of mistakes - hard learned lessens that help me know what to do and what NOT to do.
