CurrentJohn founded RHAMCO as an undergrad while at Fordham University. John serves as Chairman of the Board since inception and has been an integral part of the company's success throughout his career. During his tenure, RHAMCO has developed more than 1,000,000 square feet of student housing, retail, and affordable housing. John's strategic vision for RHAMCO has lead to continued growth and diversification. He has built upon the company's past successes, while embarking on new ventures that are outside the traditional realm, such as technology and innovation.Under John’s leadership, the RHAMCO team has managed, developed, constructed and redeveloped numerous properties throughout New York City. With nearly twenty years in the real estate industry, John has built long-term lasting relationships with professionals across the country and has been able to negotiate and overcome obstacles related to government approvals, environmental issues, community concerns, and design challenges. John personally ensures that every RHAMCO project has a positive influence and presence among the communities in which it becomes part of.John is a leading member of the Bronx/ Westchester community serving as a member of the Belmont Business Improvement District.
