I worked 14 years with a Long Distance and Local phone company designing, installing, securing, and maintaining highly available and efficient networks supporting over 10k subscribers. In the CLEC environment, I managed a team of engineers with heavy emphasis on voice (traditional & voip) and internet delivery (T1, DS3, HDSL, ADSL2+, EFM, Metro-E, etc.) We worked heavily with Cisco, Metaswitch, Aastra, Polycom, & Adtran products.In 2014, I came to work for another CLEC as the Sr. Network Engineer. I have designed & built highly available Voice networks & switching platforms (CO Environment) and migrated hundreds of businesses to those platforms.
