Joined the team to work with business and technical development team to create and implement System Integration Test (SIT) plan in conjunction with Middle East market launch of the Global Extended Service Business (GESB) web application. The SIT plan incorporated input from multiple downstream and upstream financial and warranty systems that GESB interacts with daily and monthly data feeds. The implementation of the SIT plan process resulted in fewer and less critical post-launch errors, as compared to the first market launch.
