Director of Plans, Partnerships & Policy for Cyber National Mission Force. Oversee the development of the command's first-ever comprehensive strategic plan to conduct global, full-spectrum cyberspace operations targeting the nation’s malicious cyberspace adversaries. Develop and cultivate relationships with federal, state, local and private sector partners that advance mission accomplishment and contribute to national defense. Inform and shape national and Department of Defense policies & regulations that govern cyberspace operations and related disciplines. Build and lead a cohesive team that incorporates uniformed military personnel, civilians and partner liaisons that will ensure synchronization between all collaborators. Also, provide strategic advice and guidance that strengthens links between the Army Cyber Institute and key constituents in cyberspace operations, increasing the relevance of ACI’s research portfolio

Leads a nine person team to leverage sensitive intelligence into improved network defense for the entire Department of Defense; determine requirements, build, train and supervise the team, in conjunction with serving as the lead for the Special Projects and Advanced Analytics Team within the Future Operations - DoD Network Defense Division.

Serves as the senior military leader of the Joint Operations Center on-duty team and works at the direction of the JOC Director, Deputy J3, J3 and Commander. The JOC is the 24/7 focal point for the Headquarters oversight and direction of global cyberspace operations; facilitates information flow to USCYBERCOM Commander and his staff, Service Component Commands under the control of USCYBERCOM, the National Military Command Center, and the adjacent Combatant Command's Command Centers; monitors and reports on current operations; coordinates and facilitates crisis action operations.

Leads and directs the SWA Cyber Center, which plans and conducts continuous 24/7 network operations and defense of directed networks in support of full spectrum operations within the US Central Command Area of Responsibility. Manages a hybrid workforce of over 150 Army and civilian personnel with a multi-million dollar annual operating budget. Additionally, ensures US and Coalition freedom of action within cyberspace and denies our adversaries the same.

Lead and manage a blended workforce of Department of Defense civilians and supporting contractors in order to develop prototype systems, reference implementations, proofs-of-concept and pilot activities intended to better secure and defend the Department of Defense Global Information Grid.

Coordinated the development and production of orders-type documents intended to enumerate and assign responsibilites for task execution to secure and defend the Department of Defense Global Information Grid.

Served as the Supervising Watch Officer, Chief of Enterprise Systems, Chief of Network Operations/WAN Engineering and Chief, Information Assurance/Computer Network Defense (concurrently). Responsible for the security, operations and maintenance of enterprise information systems, servcies, connectivity, security and incident handling for the Army's strategic networks in Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Afghanistan. Led and supervised a blended workforce consisting of over 25 military and 65 supporting contractors. Provided critical support and execution of the recently declassified Operation Buckshot Yankee - a global effort to identify and eradicate specific malware from Department of Defense networks.

Served as Assistaint Course Director for IT105 - Introduction to Information Technology, a core course that all USMA cadets must take covering basic IT literacy and introduction to programming tools and techniques. Served as Course Director for IT155, an advanced version of IT105. Designed course content, student handbook materials, classroom exercises, administered Java code base for learner-centered Integrated Development Envrionment, studied and piloted automated approaches to algorithm development and stub code generation, served as an academic liaison to football team and officer representative to men's soccer team.
