Experienced in designing and managing site development projects in several practice areas while working integrally with multidisciplinary design and owner team members.

Aided Resident Engineers on various infrastructure improvements and performed inspector duties on sidewalk and curb replacement and asphalt paving and patching programs. Prepared project cost estimates, work orders, and payouts for a sidewalk and pavement replacement programs. Conducted differential leveling and total station surveying, along with storm sewer design to alleviate flooding issues.

Worked closely with contractors and IDOT personnel to quantify and insure proper quality of materials and methods of construction for a federally funded roadway project. Assisted the Resident Engineer in maintaining official field book, project diary, and also utilized IDOT ICORS software to assemble payouts and quantity lists for a half mile of water main, storm sewers and roadway improvements.

Worked on many facets of site design plans for commercial and residential development, including site grading, mass balancing, and utility design. Assisted with project cost estimates, as-built drawings, Land Title Surveys, easement grants, and Plats of Subdivision. Compiled and audited project submittals to clients and municipalities, along with participating in differential leveling and GPS survey field work.
