Manage program development and implementation of The Jeremiah Mentoring Project which serves to equip and match adult mentors with transition age foster youth in the community.As a Mentoring Coordinator, actively recruit, train, and provide ongoing support for mentors and mentees within the organization.

Case management: manage, maintain and minister to a caseload of children with a higher level of need through weekly interaction and therapy techniques. Write case notes, reports, and needs and services plans. Assisting youth with goals. Building and connecting to informal and formal resources. Visit clients in the field on a weekly basis. Recruit, train and certify potential foster parents.Administer TBS or IBS Services to Clients in need. With Therapeutic Behavior Services provided interventions with youth in jeopardy of loosing placement in their homes. Some of the behaviors were suicidal ideations, verbal and/or physical aggression, sexualized behaviors, depression to name a few. Wrote case notes and helped create behavioral modification plans with treatment team. Trained and Supervised Mentors.
