Responsible for IRI’s Retail Productivity Analytics practice, a twenty five member global team that spans all aspects of prescriptive analytics: modeling and analysis, software design and implementation, and insights delivery. Accountable for revenue and profit performance, solution definition, go-to-market strategy and client satisfaction. • Created new analytics practice area: Retail Productivity. Identified strategic opportunity and built a suite of predictive analytics solutions for sales teams and category management which doubled revenue in less than four years.• Championed development of innovative automated prescriptive analytics solutions across a range of sales and brand challenges – product assortment, price management, new product performance, retailer KPI’s. • Led customer development for portfolio of strategic national clients. Refocused sales efforts to highlight solutions in marketing productivity/marketing mix, price pack architecture and trade promotion efficiency during times of economic and competitive challenges.• Led a high performance global analytics and modeling team: Implemented shared performance metrics, redesigned analytical training, and instituted continuous improvement practices. Capacity improved, error rates dropped, and employee satisfaction scores increased in three consecutive years.
