Also managed the system start up and operator training activities.* Developed a large scale commercial UF system design for the Xyleco production plant in Washington state using the demonstration plant (Wakefield) as a basis. Specified and procured systems and equipment for the plant. * Performed UF and reverse osmosis (RO) piloting on plant wastewater streams to determine the feasibility of using membranes to reduce the total solids being discharged.* Developed flow schematics in AutoCAD for various plant processes. Created SolidWorks assembly drawings for lab scale pressure vessels.
