Having spent many years heading up the finance and operational aspects of many businesses I have now gained valuable first hand sales and marketing exposure. I have a very good working understanding of the UK, Continental Europe, USA & Japan, having spent a substantial amount of my time over the past 10 years managing various sales channels for European territories in multinational organisations with sales volumes being between £10m to £100mSpecific Achievements I have restructured many businesses, implementing strong process and procedural reviews to gain efficiency in order to ensure long term objectives can be met and measured. I have also been successful in building teams across all areas of the organisation spanning through Sales, Finance and all business support functions. Building and growing all sales channels has also featured in many of my roles, from the boutique stores at matchesfashion.com to the E commerce channel itself, latterly focusing on wholesale platforms throughout the European territory.
