I have now been in the field of recovering local taxes for over 20 years having worked at the London Borough of Havering before setting up London Warrant Enforcement some 12 years ago. Our speciality field is the collection of local taxation. We proudly have a client base mainly in west London who include the London Borough of Ealing collecting annually over £1m in unpaid Business Rates, we also perform bespoke roles for them such as the process serving of documents such as Statutory Demands for Council tax, NNDR and reclaimed Benefits. At neighbouring Hammersmith & Fulham we enforce "special case" liability orders, those cases returned uncollected by the contracted bailiff companies for which we are very successful. We also execute arrest warrants both with and without bail for them.The company was initially formed for the sole purpose of executing arrest warrants where I began some 15 years ago at Ealing then being asked by neighbouring Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, Hounslow, Hillingdon, Reading and Islington. Just recently in one evening one of our warrant officers whilst on a special operation with Hounslow Borough Police collected over £22k in one evening whilst effecting no bail warrants. A great result with many warrants being satisfied without the need to bring the debtor into custody.It is our aim to get more clients on board in the near future who feel that they require that little extra touch often not investigated by the large companies.
