John’s primary area of focus is institutional grade commercial real estate and typical assignments include valuations for asset reporting, mortgage security (existing and development), statutory valuations, rental assessments and determinations.

Operating out of the Savills Hong Kong office essentially performing the role of the Australia Desk for Asia Pacific. Working with our Regional Investment Advisory counterparts across Asia, my role is to support the cross border transactional business with deal and capital flow into Australia. Also be working closely with Paul Craig and Ben Azar as part of the Savills Australia international investments team.Whilst I am based in Hong Kong, I still very much have an ‘Australia’ focus from a national Capital Markets perspective, being particularly active across the major Sydney/Melbourne markets and all other Australian Markets.
