CurrentMy duties include manage and maintain all property listed under U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense – Future Warfare Center (FWC) COS utilizing the Property Management System: Global Combat Support System (GCSS-ARMY); Analyze and coordinate the logistical functions of a firm and organization. Responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, storage, internal allocations, delivery, and final disposal of resources. Update and maintains 40 separate Sub Hand Receipt Holder records that spread over three geographically locations which exceeds 25 million dollars: Manage Installation/Government Furnished Property, Contractor Acquired Property and Contractor Owned/Contractor Operated property. Utilization of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Performs monthly, quarterly, and sensitive item inventories as required by Army Regulation, as directed by the Property Book Officer or the Primary Hand Receipt Holder. Monitor and perform evaluations of supply operations per Property Management System Analysis (PMSA), as needed. Ensure Government Property Policies and Processes, Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) and applicable Regulations are up to date and adhered to as required. Inventory and prepares documentation for Lateral Transfers, Issue and Turn In of equipment to the Defense Logistics Agency Reutilization Modernization Office (DRMO). Prepare RMA’s for equipment that needs to be exchanged or replaced due to upgrades or damaged equipment received. Prepare and ship equipment world-wide when required. Coordinate, packing and crating, shipping and transfer of over 100 completed sets of Combat SKYSAT Systems to various Military and Government Organizations and Agencies throughout the U.S. Each organization used the Combat SKYSAT capability into their own unit mission scenarios that added another combat multiplier/advantage for commander's use. Dollars saved exceeded 4.2 Million dollars.
