Update and maintains 40 separate Sub Hand Receipt Holder records that spread over three geographically locations which exceeds 25 million dollars: Manage Installation/Government Furnished Property, Contractor Acquired Property and Contractor Owned/Contractor Operated property. Utilization of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Performs monthly, quarterly, and sensitive item inventories as required by Army Regulation, as directed by the Property Book Officer or the Primary Hand Receipt Holder. Monitor and perform evaluations of supply operations per Property Management System Analysis (PMSA), as needed. Ensure Government Property Policies and Processes, Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) and applicable Regulations are up to date and adhered to as required. Inventory and prepares documentation for Lateral Transfers, Issue and Turn In of equipment to the Defense Logistics Agency Reutilization Modernization Office (DRMO). Prepare RMA’s for equipment that needs to be exchanged or replaced due to upgrades or damaged equipment received. Prepare and ship equipment world-wide when required. Coordinate, packing and crating, shipping and transfer of over 100 completed sets of Combat SKYSAT Systems to various Military and Government Organizations and Agencies throughout the U.S. Each organization used the Combat SKYSAT capability into their own unit mission scenarios that added another combat multiplier/advantage for commander's use. Dollars saved exceeded 4.2 Million dollars.

Inventories and prepares documentation for Lateral Transfers, Issue and Turn In of equipment to the Defense Reutilization Modernization Office (DRMO). Prepare and ship equipment world-wide when required. Coordinate, packing and crating, shipping and transfer of over 100 completed sets of Combat SKYSAT Systems to the l/50lst, Infantry Battalion (Airborne), Fairbanks, Alaska; 60 completed sets to the 7th Special Forces Group, Elgin Air Force Base, Florida; and another 2 completed sets were transferred to the Twenty-ninth Palms, California, a Marine Corps organization. Each organization used the Combat SKYSA T capability into their own unit mission scenarios that added another combat multiplier/advantage for commander's use. My duties include; perform assigned duties as the Joint Logistic Integrator (JLI) Logistic Property Manager, managing 8 Expatriate personnel. Maintaining and managing 72 hand receipts valued in excess of 15 billion dollars, to include briefing new hand receipt holders on their responsibilities. Conduct monthly 10% Inventories in a timely manner. Ensure 100% property accountability is maintained for contingency stock and all other items.
