As a Program Manager at Headquarters Air Force A4 Division of Logistics and Maintenance, I leverage my skills in strategic communications and data analytics to accelerate innovative changes across the Air Force enterprise. These solutions come from Airman in the field doing the work and I am in charge of communicating and sharing their stories and knowledge. I have extensive experience in warehouse management including overseeing inbound and outbound cargo operations in the U.S., various overseas locations, and deployment settings. I have implemented continuous process improvement methodologies, such as Theory of Constraints, at three military installations. Additionally, I have managed warehouse operations, handled hazardous materials, and I am a certified forklift operator. My expertise with U.S. and NATO cargo clearance provides me with a unique global perspective.Beyond logistics, I have worked with inventory management of animals, GIS systems, and statistical analysis, showcasing my versatility across environmental and logistics fields. My technical skills include basic knowledge of Python and SQL, as well as proficiency in Power BI and Office 365 products, enabling me to analyze complex data sets and deliver actionable insights.My international experience, including work with customs agents in non-English-speaking countries, has equipped me with strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
