I am a civil engineer with a40 years experience in the planning, design , construction and on-going management of Infrastructure projects and Project Planning for a variety of schemes and my key skills are the ability to analyse client needs, optimise designs and information on technical, environmental, economic and social issues relating to buildings , roads and other infrastructure projects and to use these within project design to deliver cost effective , sustainable and effective projects.
