With my business partner Don Fuller, we formed Aqua1, Inc. in December of 2021. We are a water treatment and bottled water company created to grow through a combination of internal sales and acquisitions. Since then, we purchased the assets of 3 companies in Reno\Sparks Nevada, 2 companies in the greater Albuquerque New Mexico area and most recently a water treatment company in Las Cruces New Mexico that also serves the El Paso Texas market. Aqua1 utilizes a “go to market” strategy which includes focused organic growth in service and equipment sales in the residential and commercial business sectors along with aggressive M&A activities. We seek continued growth opportunities in U.S. markets.Our previous privately held company, WaterCo, began in the fall of 2011 with the acquisition of 11 former Culligan International owned dealerships. In 7.5 years, we grew WaterCo to 38 locations across 14 states. WaterCo was sold back to Culligan International in 2018 where it was managed by Don Fuller and myself until October 2021.
