• Responsible for the technical aspects of all managed service offerings, including on-site and off-site backups, server health monitoring and remediation, automated maintenance procedures, operating system and third party application patching, and managed antivirus• Provide high availability solutions using technologies such as Exchange Database Availability Groups, Distributed File System, application load balancing, Internet load balancing, VMware High Availability, and VPN failover• Design, implement, and maintain campus wide wired and wireless networks for apartment complexes with 1000+ residents using secure VLANs for each unit (multiple new networks each year)• Automated remediation and reporting using PowerShell and LabTech scripting• Responsible for vetting and integrating new technologies into service offerings
