CurrentSystems Administrator and Operations team for Interactive Voice Services and EFT. Primary responsibility for FTP platforms and file orchestration across the company. Handling daily maintenance and monitoring, code upgrades, and on-call.Prior to merger, designed and implemented processes and standards for client folder organization, user onboarding and offboarding, and file movement within the company.Designed and oversaw migration from existing small-scale FTP product to new enterprise FTP and orchestration product. Identified all existing client data flows and users, verified with business, and implemented in new system. Designed and implemented off-site file archive system in response to business needs with the new FTP platform.Post merger, responsible for evaluating EFT system options in order to consolidate new company onto single product. Collected and organized pros and cons of multiple systems, presented to leadership, along with recommendation of best system for our needs. My recommendation was taken by company, and I built out new infrastructure, monitoring, and networking for the new combined EFT system.Systems Administrator and Operations team for the acquired Keas wellness platform, handling code deploy, maintenance, and on-call tasks in a cloud environment with over 30 CentOS/Red Hat Linux hosts. Performed migration of Keas platform from Rackspace into AWS, including backup and migration of MySQL, Postgres, and Redis databases.Volunteered to take over as team expert on databases and code used to generate and deliver reports when previous SME became unavailable during AWS migration. Functioned as developer and DBA on this system until its shutdown.Identified AWS EC2 instances that were over-provisioned for the amount of demand on the platform. Systematically evaluated instances and adjusted size to meet demand while saving over $1,000 each month.
