I employed the star of the shift, employee of the month, and star system using my superior to visit the store and acknowledge individuals who performed in an outstanding fashion. Sales increased. I adjusted production pars eliminating waste, tested and retrained all kitchen employees which resulted in a dramatic improvement in food quality. The end result is that the store achieved the highest percentage sales increase in the system for that year along with the store of the year award.
