Air Force Materiel Command

Principal Advisor to 4-Star AFMC commander on policy, operational compliance and readiness affecting 83K military and civilian workforce with a annual $62B mission. Current position leads 158 Inspectors directing and executing inspections across Air Force Material Command’s 6 Centers/18 Wings/36 Geographically Separated Units. Oversees inspection policy, schedules, and budgets for the division. Oversee the development of reports that cover trends and compliance issues to AFMC Senior leaders and implementation of the commands Corrective Action Plans. Lead for overseeing the commands compliant resolution program. Acts as advisor to AFMC commander on Senior Leader allegations, employee compliant resolution and legal compliance for all AFMC personnel. Oversees investigations of misconduct by senior leader and employees within the command. Coordinates with the Department of Defense, Secretary of the Air Force and Sub IGs to ensure fair/timely resolution.

Misawa Ab, Japan

Led diverse 1,085 personnel maintenance division responsible for combat readiness of 44 F-16 fighter aircraft while managing a $2.8 billion budget and a $44 million flying hour program. Responsible to wing commander for fleet health of 44 aircraft valued at $1.6B. Managed facilities and equipment valued at over $2.8B and a $44M flying hour program. Responsible for Pacific Air Force’s GE-F110 engine regional repair operation consisting of 159 aircraft engines worth more than $600M.

Eielson Ab, Ak

Led 551 civilian and military workforce supporting 21 Fighter Aircraft valued at over $554M. Oversaw the sortie generation operations for the 18 PAA Aggressor Squadron and Pacific Command’s Red Flag Alaska Exercises. Established an organization vison, culture, strategic maintenance planning, quality, manpower, and training to support $1.4B in equipment and facilities, a $1.1M annual budget and a $42M munitions stockpile.

Wright Patterson Afb, Oh

Led USAF-level initiative centralizing unique maintenance support capabilities into a single Repair Network. Developed guidance to optimize support for 80K maintenance technicians and $14B budget while recapitalizing aircraft and equipment funds. Ensured Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve interests were integrated into the USAF Repair Network to centralize repair and reduce logistics footprint. Formulated policy for successful implementation.

Kunsan Ab, Republic Of Korea

Led 1,500 personnel in generating around-the-clock combat airpower within Southwest Asia’s most diverse and mission-effective maintenance organization. Directed all production to sustain and generate a 45 aircraft fleet valued at $1.1B. Executed a 10,000 hour flying program and ensured combat readiness and sustainability of all assigned and transient aircraft. Managed $33M budget, $1.5B in tools and equipment, and $2B in munitions and war readiness materiel while supporting a $40M industrial complex. Managed hazardous materials, environmental protection oversight and occupational health and safety programs.

Wichita Falls, Tx

Led the Chief of Staff of the Air Force directed training course designed to provide senior aircrew leaders with aircraft maintenance training and understanding. Enabled them to better lead there organizations and support aircraft fleet health.

Minot Afb, Nd

Led 322 personnel across eight different career fields. Responsible for providing aircraft maintenance support to assigned bomber squadron. Effectively maintained fleet of 35 B-52 aircraft which ensured around the clock combat readiness in both conventional and nuclear roles. Managed unit resources of $600K per year while overseeing an $8M support equipment account and an $80M flying hour program.

Hill Afb, Ut

Led a diverse organization of 196 personnel in 24 different career fields supporting three operational squadrons of F-16 Fighter Aircraft and an Air Control Squadron. Directly oversaw the morale, welfare, discipline and training of all personnel. Directed supply support for flying operations and maintained $65M in supply accounts. Ensured a viable training program was established for the wing and oversaw the wing vehicle, civil engineering, and environmental programs were developed and operational.

Kuwait

Provided leadership, guidance and technical support to a 475 person workforce conducting maintenance and munitions support for 64 fighter aircraft. Provided overall strategic planning and leadership for aviation back shop maintenance activities to meet all USCENTCOM taskings. Oversaw the largest munitions storage area in USCENTCOM’s area of responsibility valued at $587M. Directly supported coalition partner nations and other sister services with critical aircraft and munitions back shop support requirements.
