Positioned the company for sale. • Personally underwrote over $250 million in commercial loans in less than one year. Specialized in asset (receivable) based, cash-flow, commercial real estate, and term loan financing to healthcare organizations including hospitals, SNF’s, ALF’s, LTAC’s, HHA’s, infusion companies, pharmacy companies, medical equipment distributors, etc.• Successfully negotiated with borrowers, borrowers’ creditors, state and federal regulatory agencies, equity holders, shareholders and landlords. • Provided initial analysis and loan structure for the first successful cash flow loan with GMAC, and over the course of 18 months provided 3 additional acquisition loans to the same borrower via proven cash flow loan criteria. The result was more than a 1000% increase in net sales and EBITDA for the borrower, and more than a 300% increase in fees to GMAC.• Earned a reputation for providing accurate, efficient and “right fit” financing to many organizations.
