Execute calls to eye care practitioners to promote contact lenses and contact lens solutions in a consultative selling approach. Develop and maintain effective routing and zoning; implement account specific programs and business plans; assess/analyze doctor's business needs to gain positioning of Bausch+Lomb products; seek opportunities for strategic business planning (expansion of B+L product utilization in account) and portfolio selling. Train new and current sales representatives throughout east coast.

*Selling products to physicians including Obgyn, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Pain Management, and many others.*Build/maintain long-lasting relationships with office staff and physicians and also resolve concerns as they arise.*Educate providers on how to prescribe, use samples, and implement discount programs.*Convince pharmacies to stock products and then create a list of stocked pharmacies for physicians to refer their patients.*Identify new sales targets and manage territory growth through pharmacy relationships and sales reports.
