Current• Spearheaded and developed bespoke training programs for the packaging, processing, and warehouse departments of the Coopersville and Goodyear, Arizona plants. • Identified priorities to create a framework with training resources to onboard new hires in coordination with various SMEs, supervisors, operators, and managers.• Developed the company’s first organization-wide performance evaluation system for hourly employees. • Maintained accountability for identifying the areas of performance to be measured, identifying specific performance criteria, creating all of the requisite documentation, and training employees. • Created and trained management on effective performance reviews, while working closely with HR to create a training strategy and framework to implement the company-wide initiative. • Enabled the prioritization and standardization of training across all locations; and remained proactively involved in coordinating training efforts for the implementation of a new ERP system.• Coordinated with Proctor & Gamble to implement their Integrated Work Systems (IWS) at both plants.• Developed and implemented a training program with an OEM for a 2-year period with a budget of over $1 million.• Evaluated training to adjust the training plan as needed, while reporting progress to the ELT.
