I was the Lead Business Analyst on both Direct Energy HQ (online pricing tool) and OTS (usage processing application) in which I coordinated a team of several other Business Analysts. The use of Agile has been very successful and DEB is now looking to utilize this methodology for most of the other IT projects.I was an integral team member for these projects in which I analyzed, documented, designed, and supported development throughout the project life cycle.

I was a Business Analyst working on New Market Entries. The objective of a New market entry is to become system ready to allow for our sales team to sell energy in a market. I was also working on a complete redesign and overhaul of our customer service center. The customer service center is a web based portal that allows customers to view invoices, make payments, view usage, and connect with Direct Energy electronically. Lastly, I was a part of several enhancements to our online broker portal used to get quick price quotes for customers.
