Products manufactured: gas and waste oil heaters, HVAC unit, weatherproof boxes, conduit bodies, floor boxes, explosion proof boxes, fittings, grounding components.

Reynosa Area, Mexico

Full responsibility over IMMEX operation and warehouse in McAllen. Plant produced $40M in sales with 380 associates. Products manufactured: ignition and emissions control components, electrical fuel pumps and universal joints. Processes include: plastics molding, assembly, winding, wire processing and product testing.

Reynosa Area, Mexico

Responsibility over Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Environmental and Engineering departments with a total of 50 associates. Full Product and Process engineering control and limited Design responsibilities. Responsible for construction, transfer and start-up of injection molding shop from plant in Wisconsin. Responsibility included engineering activities, maintenance and tool room departments, new product introduction and participation in environmental activities. Products manufactured: switching power supplies and magnetic components. Processes included: board insertion, progressive assembly, wave soldering and cleaning. Manual and programmable winding.
