With over fifteen years of experience in the fashion/retail industry, I am currently part of the Fashion Dept at TikTok, where I am involved in launching the newly rolled out TikTok Shop. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase the latest trends and styles from a variety of brands and influencers, and to create a seamless shopping experience for our users. I am responsible for developing and executing the assortment strategies, merchandising, and promotion of the TikTok Shop, as well as collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure high-quality and engaging content is being produced. Prior to joining TikTok, I was the head of business development at Flip, a social shopping platform that combines online and subscription model elements. I helped to expand the Flip Fit network to over 100 brands and to increase the customer retention and satisfaction rates. I also managed the relationships with the key stakeholders, suppliers, and influencers, and provided them with an overall view of the business. Previous to the that I spent my career driving sales, increasing conversions and mitigating profitability risk for major retailers like Macy’s, Net-A-Porter and Calvin Klein. I am passionate about the intersection of fashion, technology, and social media, always eager to learn new skills and to explore new opportunities in this dynamic and fast-paced industry.
