• Assisted patient groups and National Kidney Foundation state affiliates with lobbying efforts on issues that impacted the National Kidney Foundation's patient population. • Co-Chaired communications committee and recruited like-minded organizations for 21 member Immunosuppressive Drugs Coalition.• Directed grassroots advocacy program and coordinated mobilization of more than 1,000 volunteers to reinforce foundation’s message with Congress and federal agencies.
